This Tuscan Chef GX-D1 X-Large Oven with Cart is a large-capacity outdoor oven that will keep the food flowing on your patio at home or in commercial use. built for durability, using the highest quality materials to provide years of all-season outdoor use and the enjoyment of traditional wood-fired cooking. Designed for infinite temperature control ranging from 250F to 900F, the oven is lined with a high-temperature firebrick on which pizza trays and other items can be placed directly for baking. Wood-fired ovens provide a combination of baking, roasting, and smoking functions, that achieve healthy, delicious, and unique cooking experiences. Outdoor ovens are suitable for all kinds of food from pizzas, a roast, turkey, lamb, bread, pies, and your own creativity! As they say, "It's more than a pizza oven"!
